MERRY MARQUEE ON AMBERLEY HILL

$95 PP

Entertain your colleagues, friends or family in a beautifully themed marquee on Amberley Hill, with a prime view of the track and winning post.  It is 

certainly the best place to be on race day!

Your package includes

  • Canapes - selection served to your table

  • A Christmas-themed buffet, including whole baked salmon, Canterbury lamb, maple-glazed champagne ham, BBQ chicken thigh cobs and a 

       selection of hot seasonal vegetables, salads, breads and condiments.

  • A delicious dessert platter of Christmas mince pies, chocolate pots filled with blood orange mousse, profiteroles, baby pavlovas, fresh strawberries

       and cherries delivered to your site by mid-afternoon.

  • Beverage packages by prior arrangement (No BYO)

  • Includes $10.00 admission ticket and race book

  • TAB facilities nearly

(NB $950 applies as a minimum based on a table of 10 persons, children's price on request)

  1. A deposit of 50% of your numbers is required within 7 days to confirm your booking.  The balance is to be paid within 20 days of the event.

  2. Bookings made within the same month as the event require full payment.

  3. Full prepayment MUST be received prior to arrival of the event.

  4. Cancellations received less than 20 working days prior to the event will result in a 50% cancellation fee and may forfeit any deposit paid. A

       cancellation constitutes a reduction in numbers or a full cancellation of the booking.

In the case of the race day being cancelled due to Mother Nature or any viruses, a meeting will be convened by the Committee to discuss the situation and 

make a decision on whether a full or partial reimbursement will be issued.

UMBRELLAS OF LOWER AMBERLEY HILL

$75 PP

  • Entertain your guests under a themed umbrella site on the Lower Amberley Hill adjacent to the birdcage

  • An antipasto platter will be delivered to your table on arrival.

  • Amberley Hill themed buffet and dessert package (see previous package)

  • Beverage packages by prior arrangement (No BYO)

  • Includes $10.00 admission ticket and race book

  • TAB facilities nearly

(NB $750 applies as a minimum based on a table of 10 persons, children's price on request)

Located in a prime spot on the straight, this is the perfect place to relax and celebrate Xmas in true Kiwi fashion by having a BBQ!  Bring your friends

family and colleagues.

Your package includes:

  • A platter of cheese, crackers, crisps, dips and tasty bites delivered to your site on arrival.

  • A Kiwi BBQ including a selection of gourmet sausages, honey soy chicken cobs, beef porterhouse minute steaks, fresh breads, salads and

      condiments

  • A delicious dessert platter of Christmas mince pies, chocolate pots filled with blood orange mousse, profiteroles, baby pavlovas, fresh strawberries

       and cherries delivered to your site by mid-afternoon.

From $75 - $150 per site

Pre-book a track-side gazebo site and bring along your own beverages and picnics and have some fun.  Be quick as there are only 65 sites.

(NB Site only - gazebo and $10.00 course admission not included. Under 18 years admission free)

Full payment is required within 14 days of the event to confirm your booking.  Cancellations received less than 20 days prior to the event will

result in a 100% cancellation fee.
